In September of the golden autumn, on the plateau and at the foot of Luofu Mountain, the first course of Nord Share Talents Program was launched in two places. More than 30 colleagues from company headquarters, Qinghai Electronics, Nord Qinghai and Huizhou United Copper Foil participated in the training of “Promoting Teaching Skills”.

This training is the company’s first course since the talent plan. The colleagues who participated in the training will be the backbone of Nord’s future lecturer team.
Every colleague who participated in the training, with doubts and reflections in his work, is also shouldering the task and mission of Nord’s share lecturer “preaching, receiving and dispelling career doubts”, and devotes himself to the training.

According to the previous training research and students’expectations, the Human Resources Department of Nord Stock Company insists on paying attention to practicality, practicality and timeliness in curriculum design, and scientifically sets up the training content.
This course focuses on four aspects: the “model” of trainers, the ten abilities of internal trainers, the characteristics of adult learning, the teaching process and skills. Starting with the introduction of theory, the course uses a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere and a large number of on-site interaction and games to stimulate students’thinking and self-improvement.

The recognition and harvest of the training colleagues is an important criterion to test the quality of training.
In the end of the training, “opinions collection form” to fill out the situation, colleagues think that this training is very fruitful, giving direction to future training work, more in the future as a trainer in the process of solving specific problems.
Everyone said that they should take this training as a new starting point, carefully look for shortcomings, translate the learning results of training into specific action plans, and integrate the knowledge they have mastered into their work in the light of the needs of the training implementation of the specific talent plan courses, expecting the growth of individuals and companies.
